Lost mucus plug?

I was put on bedrest a week ago due to contractions well hubby has been feeling frisky and since I can actively have sex and he's not really into jerking himself off he got himself almost there then put himself inside of me for a couple pumps then got off... I didn't orgasm or anything close for that matter... I had a small contraction right after then went into the bathroom to pee and clean up... I sat down to pee and as soon as I started to a ton of whitish colored mucus just rolled out into the toilet... the usual amount of cum is only about the size of a quarter but we've never gone this long before so idk... it was enough to fill about half of the toilet bowl.. I didn't get a picture of it but baby has been super active since then and then I just went back to go pee and there was just a small dot of blood... what do you all think? Was it my mucus plug mixed in there? Should I be concerned? I hate to go back to the hospital and it be over nothing
