So I got my Mirena IUD removed on oct 31 with hopes to regulate before trying for a second baby (I’ve had it for two years) well my period was supposedly due today and didn’t show up, tonight I have the worst stomach ache and I’m not sure if it’s related to my period suppose to be coming or maybe something I ate? Does anyone have any experience with this?

Side note: we have not had unprotected sex but we did two days before removal and some say that the sperm can stay and i was ovulating the day I got it out. I took a test Friday (I’m crazy) and it was negative..... please help I’m so confused
