Feeling sick while breastfeeding?
Does anyone else feel nauseous when they breastfeed? It’s been so hard to eat anything because I’m constantly feeding my little guy, but I feel sick to the point of gagging while he’s latched. I’m worried that I’m not eating enough, because I feel so gross, that my supply will be affected. I’m already three pounds under my pre pregnancy weight. Ugh. Breast feeding is HARD! 🤢🤮
