How to make your period come faster?

I was wondering if anyone knows any way to make your period come faster because I have really long cycles (35 days usually) but right now I m on day 42 and I don’t want my period to come next week because I am taking a 4 hour really important exam. 
Please comment if you have any tricks to make your period come faster.

Contraceptive pill is the only thing I’m aware of that can regulate you, and you can choose to carry on taking it to stop a period coming, not advisable all the time, women going away on holiday tend to do this
