Rough night @ 15.5 weeks

So two nights ago I woke up in the middle of the night due to the fact I had a pain on my right side of my abdomen, it felt like a muscle pain and it went away.

Last night the same pain came back and woke me up the pain was in my abdomen again and then traveled to my side and to my back. I been feeling like I have a infection maybe bacterial vaginosis and maybe turned into kidney infection? Has anyone ever experienced a kidney infection or any of those pains?
