Good sign?? Pls help.

So I've been experiencing some light bleeding with very small clots (red blood), for two days. Called nurse and said as long as I'm not filling a pad I should be fine. I took a home preg test and got this. Is this a good sign? Or should I go to ER??

the line is super strong means hormones aren't the issue but any time the blood is bright red and clotting definitely seek medical attention prayers
