Raw patches around mouth

Sienna

Hey ladies!

My son (14 months) has started drooling a lot more (I’m suspecting his molars are starting to come in) and I’ve noticed some red patches around his mouth where his pacifier contacts his skin. Any suggestions for something natural I️ can put on him as a barrier? I’m not comfortable putting Vaseline that close to his mouth, in fact, I️ don’t use that on him at all. I️ didn’t think coconut oil would be a thick enough barrier, although I’m more than willing to do that if any of you had any luck with it. We use that as a diaper cream with his cloth diapers. Thanks in advance!

Side note: He does wear amber teething beads to try to help with teething pain and drooling.
