So I'm technically 4 weeks and some days, but I'm still so early since I'm only 12 dpo, so the dr can't do a sonogram or hear the heartbeat for another month, so this just doesn't feel real to me yet... Anybody else going thru this? (Just to clarify, we did plan this, and I'm super happy and excited about the pregnancy) but until I can see/hear it in a sono or heart rate monitor it just seems like a long April fools joke or something :/
