BBG / Sweat with Kayla

Hi ladies!

So a little background, I’ve been ALL OVER THE PLACE with my weight. I played sports all in high school and was in great shape, I’m 5’5 and weighed 140. Fast forward to college, I dealt with a lot of personal problems, experienced depression, and started to binge eat uncontrollably for about a year. I topped the scale my junior year of college at 185. I slowly lost weight as I dealt with my issues and saw a counselor and got down to 165 ish. Then I really stepped it up and got down to 153 for my wedding. Now I’m up to 160 again :( it’s hard not to get discouraged. I’ve never been that active since high school, I’ve lost all my weight through diet so I’m trying to step it up with working out. Anyone else do BBG/Sweat with kayla? I thought I would share some progress pictures because I may not be where I want to be, but I’m so glad I’m not where I used to be!
