Am I wrong?

So my “best friend” also my matron of Honor in my wedding, has just completely been stand offish with me lately. I blamed it first on pregnancy hormones. Then that I moved away and she was upset about me living farther away. But she had her baby yesterday and spoke to her yesterday as well as this morning and she never bothered to mention, “Oh hey btw I had the baby.” She finally told me this evening as she also posted on fb that she had it. Honestly, I’m hurt. I’ve asked her opinion on things with the wedding and she ignores me or doesn’t really say much. I just don’t understand it. She and her SO even deleted my fiancé on Facebook which he’s never even on and as far as I know, they didn’t have a problem with him. She’s had no issue talking about other guys I’ve been with if she had a problem with them. I don’t understand it am I wrong for being upset? She I confront her or just let it go. I honestly don’t even want her in the wedding anymore but don’t know how to tell her. Do I just suck it up til after the wedding? Help.

Obviously something happenned to make then distance themselves from you ... did you ask her why she is so distant?

If you don't want someone in your wedding party, then don't let them. Tell her that since your relationship seems to have changed, you no longer feel she ought to be your maid of honor.

It is my belief that both weddings and babies change relationships. My best friend  of 15 years was my maid of honor. After our wedding our relationship changed a little. We didn’t have as much time for each other and  spoke weekly instead of every day. 
Now that my husband and I shared with her that we want a baby...she is even more stand off ish. I am annoyed with her for not being supportive and I’m sure she’s annoyed with me for not putting her first. 
It’s not a bad thing.. people change over time.
with that said if you don’t feel like she’s going to be supportive of you on YOUR day then ask her to step down. It shouldn’t be a big shock to her.

Definitely talk to her about it! If you are that close you should be able to tell her anything. If you already asked her to be in the wedding then there is really no proper way to un-ask her. Of course if she is feeling distant she may drop out anyways. You would have one less person in the wedding party but at least you won’t have to deal with being uncomfortable around her. Weird that she didn’t even tell you she had a baby. Kind of a big deal.

you dont have to have anyone you dont want in your own wedding. i can say its petty if since thats your "best friend". talk to her and explain how you feel

I just had another idea. You could talk to her like was just stated but then also give her an “out”. Straight up ask her if she still wants to be your MOH and let her know hat you will support her either way. That way she doesn’t feel obligated.
