I have pain 😭☹️

I have pain on my left side it comes and goes. When i get the pain afterward like 30 minutes to 1 hour i spot bt then it stops. Next day the same thing bt more painful 😖 i really dont know what to do . I am on birth control the shot. I have had my period since i was 8 weeks postpartum.

Has anyone experience this ?
