After how many days is a period considered late enough to be pregnant? Like when should I test?

it all depends on when you ovulated and when you implanted.  if you ovulated late, your period may be a little late.  if you have just implanted within a day or two ago, its still gonna take a few days for hcg to build up enough to show up on a hpt.  you can test now, but just remember you always have a chance until af shows

You can test on the day of your missed period with most tests. You should see a positive even on cheapo tests by 3 days late.
