Insurance cover my IUD?

I have fidelis insurance and I can't find out if it covers it. Does anyone know if that insurance company covers IUDs and their insertion??

I had medi-cal(Obama care) and the iud was covered through planned parenthood. I couldn't see why any facility wouldn't take your insurance for birth control. they want women to be protected.
