Nurse then bath??

Question

My son is almost 3 months old. He loves the bath before bed but it seems like by the time we bathe, dry, diaper, clothe him he's starving! Has anyone nursed one side, then bath, then nursed other side and put to bed? Thoughts?? Thanks!

You can offer him the other breast. It may just be thirsty. A bath is exciting and a work out for them. So like us after all that activity he may need a little drink or even be slightly hungry.

I bath my 6week old an hour after feeding her, this is around 6pm-ish in the evening.
That way she’s not starving and won’t bring up any milk when she has to burp or just from all the movements.
After redressing her and putting everything away, she’s fed 30min to and hour and half afterwards.
Then we get into bed and she’s out like a light.

how long does it take you to bathe and redress him?
i bathe my 2 year old and my 4 month old within 20 minutes time...lol washed head to toe and redressed.
