Cold season :(

First off of course Ill call my pediatrician, just looking for advice, this is what this place is for isnt it?

My little one is 16 weeks and has the tinesttt of coughs, she coughs maybe twice a day, i cant really even tell if its just a cold cough or maybe a clearing the throat cough.. its been for about three days now so im leaning towards a cold cough...

anyways ive also read its not the best thing to give them anything medicine wise for it because their body needs to learn to fight it off on their own type thing and shes already on medicine to fight thrush. As long as she doesnt have a fever or any other symptoms do you think its okay to let it go away on its own? Thank you inadvance
