Dizziness

I've felt dizzy & light headed all day long. Also I've had diarrhea (tmi) for the past few days. I'm worried that something may be wrong. I'm trying not to worry but I had a miscarriage last November so I'm stressing out over evey little thing. Does anyone know if this is normal? Im supposedly only 4 weeks 5 days. Is that too early for ectopic signs?
