Please help

I started my period today and had the worst cramping I’ve ever had. I took Tylenol maximum strength and an anti nausea medication. There was no break in the pain and it was extremely intense. I’ve been throwing up from the pain for the last few hours. I’ve been thinking about going to the ER. Idk what to do. Please give me your advice.
