Morning ladies.

Sunday I found out that I was pregnant with baby no.6. I am terrified. I have had 5mc in total and 3 have been in the last 2yrs. I was diagnosed with Lupus Anticoagulant back in July. I have to go for my first scan tomorrow (4wks+3days) to start my medication that’s hopefully going to help me carry my little baby to full term. I’m petrified. All they are wanting to see tomorrow is the sack in the right place. I’m trying to stay positive but I’m very anxious. Anyone got any advice?!
