Borderline gestational diabetes on 1 hour test
I got a 130 and the cut off is luckily 134 at my doctors. What are some tips to stay out of the diabetes zone? I workout pretty regularly and they’re harder workouts. I’m going through a meat and egg aversion right now 🤢 a couple of bites in and I’m done and feel like crap the rest of the day. My body physically won’t let me swallow anymore lol I’m starting to drink a protein shake everyday to get some extra protein in. But other than that I’m at a loss. What are some great snacks and light meals to eat throughout the day to help.
