When you you.feel the baby kick while touching your belly?

When can you start to feel the baby kick? I'm feeling flutters in my belly and I know it's the baby, but when might me and my hubby be able to put our hands on the belly and feel the baby kick from the outside?!   I can't wait to feel those strong kicks!!

I felt it for the first time on the outside at 19+6. (Last night) My husband felt it for the first time tonight at 20 weeks!!!!

I felt my son kicking, not flutters, starting around 16-17 weeks and could feel him on the outside at 19.  My husband felt him at 19, too.  It's my second pregnancy and I'm supposed to have an anterior placenta but am questioning that since I feel him so strongly.
