Should be 7 weeks

I had my first apt today and the U/S showed only 5 weeks I should be 7 weeks. Has anyone had a slow or delayed grower. Or should I just prepare for the worst to come in 2 weeks , when I have another apt to make sure it's not delayed. I mean I'm prepared anyways just holding on to a little hope.
