It is a really good workout but it is very high impact. I️ had to stop because I️ was having severe back pain (from old unrelated injuries). My husband does it still and loves it. 
The only downside for me was it bulked me up too much. I️ do Pure Barre now and I️ am much leaner. 
The convenience of no class times is great and you will definitely get sweaty.
