So my fiancé and I decided to try to be vegan, we’re slowly transitioning I guess. Today we bought extra firm tofu, mashed cauliflower, and zucchini pasta. We read that tofu absorbs pretty much anything so we got bouillon cubes to soak the tofu in. I’m wondering if y’all have any tasty recipes for beginners lol. Something that we won’t think is disgusting and go back to eating junk
