should I throw it out and show up empty handed?
This my cheesecake I baked for the potluck dinner. it has not cooled yet. I became alarmed when I pulled it out of the water bath and noticed water had leaked into my springform pan. I took the sides off to exam the crust and it's soggy. it still intact but not crunchy. I made a Graham cracker crust. I hope only the perimeter of the crust is slightly soggy. I planned on topping it with a vanilla creme sauce and caramel once cooled and set

. this is the first time I have had such a baking disaster. Should I just throw it away and show up empty handed????
