Diet or way of eating during pregnancy

I’m about 7 weeks now. I was eating pretty strict before I found out I was pregnant, but since then, I’ve just eaten what ever I feel like. I was a few pounds overweight before I found out, but surprisingly, Ive only gained two pounds so far. Id still like to get back on track with my eating so I can have a healthy pregnancy, and hopefully have less work on the diet and exercise front after the baby is born.
