Hi! Hoping someone can give me a bit of advice!

I came off my pill after 12 years at the end of September hoping to ttc. I waited till the end of my pill packet and had a normal period afterwards. Then at the near the end of October I had my next period (is this the withdrawal period? Or was this my first real one?!) it was light then heavy (which is normal for me!)

However this month i am having a terrible time. No period, no cramping. Dizzy, feeling sick, boiling hot and feel TERRIBLE! and for the past 4 days I have had brown spotting, then pinkish blood ! But only when wiping and a little on pads? Took a PT and negative ! No sign of proper AF!

No idea what’s going on ! No idea if I have had my first proper period in October or not and no idea what’s happening with the spotting ! So so worried ! Is this normal ? Looking for advice ! Thanks in advance !
