I use a facial cleanser and moisturizer in the morning, I use elf primer before tarte foundation application. I dab on my foundation with sponge about 3-5 mins after primer. I always have a translucent powder on top to set my makeup and it always flakes around my nose and chin and never looks smooth on me :/ any tips?

I also have rosacea and feel more confident with foundation, I have no problems with acne
