Getting back to working out after having a baby
I just got cleared from my doctor to go back to working out after having my son. Before and during my pregnancy I went to the gym around 4-5 times a week with my husband. We are both really big into fitness. Now that I have my son, I’m finding it hard to get motivated to work out. By the time my husband comes home from work, it’s around 5 pm and he wants to go to the gym so it’s going to be difficult to go besides the weekends. I want to get back into fitness but when I’m home, that’s all I want to do is snuggle my baby. It’s already snowing where I am so walks have to be fast so baby doesn’t get cold. Does anyone have any tips to be motivated to work out at home? I miss the gym so much and wish I could go. My gym unfortunately does not provide daycare ☹️
