Bad progesterone check

I’m so disheartened. They like to see 15 and above to indicate ovulation. My first check I got an 8. I was given 500 Clomid. Next check I got a 13! Awesome right? Almost there. Upped my Clomid to 100. Just got the results from my last test. I got a 7.5! What the heck? I’m totally disheartened. I so wanted this to be my month
