I’m pissed at my little sister

So my friend bought me 4 different cacti for my birthday. They are all tiny and have special dirt and fertilizer for each individual one. I only water them a drop every two weeks like i was told so they don’t drown. My sister asked my mom without my permission to move them into other pots and she said yes! She never once mentioned this to me! She moved all of them into different weird looking pots that are huge. Two of my cacti are one inch and and the rest are 4 inches each. They were in tiny pots and look terrible now. She took out some of the spikes and she put normal soil in them and took out all of the plant food in them. Can cacti get used to change like this so immediately? I am so pissed at her. I know they are just plants but my friend spent a lot on them and he cared enough to get them for me and i don’t want them to die. I am more angry at her than ever before. What do i do, and how do i move them without hurting them? I heard of using tongs but my two cacti are so tiny and fragile that it would break them. What do i do???
