Finally got it!!!

I never been late. Well this time i was over a week late and cramps were killing me. Went to the gynecologist (my first time ever too) and she ordered an ultra sound. BUT I GOT MY PERIOD TODAY. Makes me happy but my question is...should i still get the ultra sound?
