Strict religious sects (Amish, Hasidism, Scientology) all share one thing in common- kids are not being educated. They (generally) attend religious schools that teach little/no practical modern education. These groups also don’t allow their followers to access the internet or read secular literature. Should religious followers education be protected under the first amendment, or should all children living in the US have the same education requirements k-12, regardless of their religious community?
