Naming baby after best friend?

So i have decided to name my baby boy after my best friend. Her name is Joey and i was wondering if anybody would have a cute way to tell her that the baby is named after her. We won't be telling his name until he is born so we want something cute to tell her when she comes to see him. Please help:)

make a homemade card with a poem or something (I love you so much I had to make my son your very special namesake) idk that's off the top of my head, um.. a special piece of art that has the poem, or something like that..

In the Jewish tradition it's a bad omen/ bad luck to name a baby after someone who's still living. FYI. lol.

How about a baby grow or a hat/bib with baby's name on it. Etsy.com do lots of babygrows where you can get a matching t-shirt for the grown up.
