Period and tired.

Okay, I didn’t want to ask this question because I have done so much research online and never found anything about it.

But, when I get my period, everyone in my household is very tired. My brother sleeps for hours and always asks “ did you get your period” it only happens when either I or my mom get our periods. Suddenly he is more tired, or if I have it my mom is more tired.

Also, my animals get extremely protective and fight each other more often. Is it something in the “air”.

I probably sound crazy but does anyone else feel like this happens in their house?
