my dog has them all over him it's like a skin tag kind of or a mole and his get red and irritated but vet said it's normal if you want to pay they can remove it but it's nornal

My dog had 2 and they weren't abscess they were like red moles and I just cleaned them every day and after like a week or so they went away. but still go to the vet

How old is your dog? Dogs can develop warts. They are typically benign and cause no issue. Take him to the vet just to get it checked out. You can clean it with hydrogen peroxide (what the vet I work for suggests for incisions and wounds).

It looks like a mole/skin tag that your fur baby kept picking at. My dog has a bunch of them and they really don't cause any problems except some irritation to the doggo. 
If they keep biting at them, you could ask your vet for a sour spray to get them to stop picking at it. Just hope they don't like the taste of the spray like my dog did.
