A WEIRD FLESHY LINING CAME OUT OF MY VAGINA

I went to the toilet to change my pad and found a large lump of flesh on it, I suspect it is the lining of my uterus but I'm not sure, I had felt in come out of me earlier on but I thought it was a blood clot. I have no idea what to do and in freaking out please help me!!
