Is it true that your baby can get its umbilical cord wrapped around its neck from lifting your arms above your head? I was painting baby's nursery today (yes I was wearing masks and keeping the area well ventilated) and my grandma told me to be careful because she heard this could happen. I have looked online and have seen where this is a myth but I would like some input too.
