Oops. Will baby be okay?

I just found out today that I'm pregnant. I'm not even sure how far along I am because I've been on the pill the whole time. I even took the pill last night. Does anyone know if this will cause issues with my baby?

According to Expecting Better by Emily Oster, birth control has not been implicated in birth defects. But, of course, you should stop taking them now. Congrats!

are you having any pain or cramps?? i think the baby is too small and protected .. don't worry ... start taking folic acid immediately to ensure baby growing healthy.. and would take an appointment to check...

It's fine and won't cause any harm to you or baby. I took the Plan B pill, which is a larger dose of the same hormones in birth control. Everything is going great. 7w 1d today.
