Birthday outfit

I need help! I want to get girly this year for my birthday because I’m not a girly girl at all. But I don’t know what to wear I want to wear a dress but if it comes down to it I feel like I’m going to have to wear a skirt. So PLEASE HELP ME‼️😫 Btw my birthday is in December.
