Sick from eating raw chicken?

After preparing the salad I did begin with the chicken, swedish one. I did wash it and when I did put it on the cutting board, because I was stressed I kinda put it hard and fast so the water from the chicken did splash on the salad. I did see it but I am very clean with my food everytime and I always clean unceasary things, so I did tell myself this time that it did not splash on the salad but beside it.

Now 3 days later, my stomach is hurting a lot, and its not feeling like a normal pain it feels like virus or something.

Can you get sick when something like that happens or do you actually need to eat raw chicken to get sick?
