5w5d, few symptoms. Normal???

This is my 4th pregnancy. My first ended in miscarriage at 13 weeks. With my most recent pregnancy before this one, I had nausea daily and extremely tender breasts, before I got my BFP at 4.5weeks. I'm a little concerned because I'm 5weeks 5 days and other than the occasional bit of nausea and super sensitive nose, I don't really have symptoms. My boobs don't hurt at all. Is this normal?thanks!
