SO I mainly buy my make up drugstore. Usually at Target. Right now I use the elf baked highlight but i don't love it. Its hard to get any of the product onto the brush and for the highlight to show up you have to do like layers of it and It usually looks like a streak of tan eyeshadow with shimmer type of look.Don't like it lol. What's the best Highlight i can buy at Target?
