I am on my first month if birth Control and on day 2 of my period. I was having really bad cramps, nothing out of the ordinary, they just came out of nowhere so I went to the bathroom, I figured maybe I needed to go. But when i looked at my pad, there was a clump of something that looked like tissue. It wasn’t a blood clot, it was a pink kind of color and very long. I didn’t think to tAke a picture of it.

What was it? Is it normal? Should I go to the doctors?
