Ever vomit so hard your nose bleeds?!

Dear morning sickness, 
I’d like to personally thank you for my unforgettable experience this morning at 6:35 am. I was so shocked to learn that yes, it is in fact possible to expel your guts with such force through your face that you can cause a cascading burst of capillaries in your nose! The addition of the rouge colour really complemented the bile in a fashion I had never considered before. It was a real eye opener!

Actually I used to puke and pee myself at the same time when I was pregnant with my third . Totally winning 😩

The same thing happened to me a few weeks ago. I've never had a nose bleed in my life, talk about a panic attack 😂😂 the nausea hasn't gone away completely yet either but it is slowly getting better

Yes! I had to start holding my nose while puking and it did help quite a bit.

Oh yes. Never had a nose bleed in my life, but in my second trimester I was throwing up so hard it gave me a nosebleed a few times.

Ahh the things we go through for our little babies and we still love them with everything we have. I had horrendous morning sickness until 18 weeks and now at 27 weeks my sensitive gag reflex is back to the point where sometimes I struggle to talk without gagging, expecting the return of the morning sickness any day now and sincerely hoping I'm wrong 😂😂
