Body aches/headaches

Happy turkey day y’all!! I hope everyone is enjoying their little ones!

I am 9wks PP and I have been having really bad headaches, chills and dizzy spells on and off for a few weeks. I take Advil for the headaches and usually the dizziness only last for a few minutes. I went to my doctor and she drew blood to test my hormone levels. Everyone I have spoken to say it’s hormonal and will fade but I feel like everything in my body hurts.

Has anyone else experienced this? If so, how long does it last? Any at home remedies you can recommend?
