Easiest ear piercing?

I'm able to get another piercing(get one every year) and I'm such a baby when it comes to needles.  I have two piercings in each lobe and my nose pierced but I want another piercing in my ears, I just want it to be the least painful as possible, any suggestions?!

My forward helix was probably the worst. I obviously have thick cartilage so it was pretty painful.
I have my forward helix, my industrial, my septum, my nostril, I have a dermal implant under my eye, I have had angel bites, snake bites, spider bites my top and bottom belly button, and I have my ears stretched to an 1" 1/2.
Whats wierd is my industrial hurt less than my forward helix. Its been a year and my helix still is not healed.

I did all mine myself except for my septum. Ice and a saftey pin. ;)
