Black blood?

I got my period today but 11days early?!?! The blood was also black or a very very dark red, is this normal and what does it mean??

What caused this? Mine is 9 days early and it's practically black

Sounds just like a period. 11 days early is super early though. I'm really so confused by that because I think mine just started about six days early. Why does it do that? Why is one cycle way shorter then the last?
