4days late

So I’m 4 days late today for my period I’ve been feeling sick,boobs hurt,bloating and had Diarrhea. I took a test on the first day of due period and got a negative but been having a bellyache on and off most week but today I’ve been having cramps but feeling more sick. Is it worth re testing or do you think my period will show?
