It all started last week I just started feeling weird and had chest pains that moved to my upper back and sides of my neck. Went to ER twice and they haven't really told me anything except I'm constipated. I'm starting to get random dizzy spells and life just feels really dreamlike, like I can zone out. Idk what's wrong with me and never post on anything like this but just asking for help because all of this is making me delirious.
