I'm really scared to post this but I need help figuring this out...

I met this guy he's really sweet and is just great all together I like him a lot and felt I could be myself when I was around him....well I finally let my guard down and let him get in bed with me (and remember I was a virgin before this) when I see him now and ask him if he would like to come over and just hang out that nothing had to happen he says he would but never does...I asked him if he felt the same way about me as I do with him and he said that he does (sorry if this is confusing) I see posts on fb with him and another girl saying how she loves him...ig what I'm trying to ask is if I should trust him and if you think he's being sincere
